Biscuit Dough Donuts for Breakfast!

Ingredients :

  • 1 Package Flaky Layers Canned Biscuit Dough

  • A pan with vegetable oil

  • Chopsticks or Tongs to Turn the Doughnuts

  • Your Favorite Donut Toppings!



Directions:


  1. Heat a large pan of vegetable oil slowly to reach 350 degrees. I use a candy thermometer. 

  2. Break apart biscuits and using a small cutter, cut out the center of each biscuit.

  3. Test your oil with one of the "holes" to see if the oil is hot enough or too hot... 

  4. Once you have the correct temp let's get cooking!

  5. Put 2/3 biscuit in the oil and let cook for about 1 minute, turn with chopsticks to cook on the other side for 1 minute

Remove and drain on a paper towel. Coat in cinnamon sugar. 2 tsp cinnamon to 1/2 cup sugar
