1- 8 ounce bar of cream cheese
1 cup grated Pepper Jack Cheese
3 Tablespoons Pineapple Jalapeno Jam
1/4 cup and 1 Tablespoon chopped green onion or chives
1/4 cup and 1 Tablespoon chopped cooked bacon
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Add cream cheese and jam to a large bowl. Using a hand mixer on medium speed, mix for 1 minute. Add garlic powder, onion powder, 1 Tablespoon chives and 1 Tablespoon bacon. Mix until combined.
Add shredded cheese and mix to combine. Make into a ball, cover with plastic wrap and put in the fridge overnight.
Put the remaining chives and bacon on a plate and mix with fingers. Unwrap the cheese ball and roll in the bacon and chive mixture to cover.
Serve with crackers, pretzels or frito's!
