Pineapple Jalapeño Soy - Glazed grouper filet

Serving for 2


12 oz Filet Grouper


4 cloves garlic, minced

2 teaspoons ginger, minced

1/2 teaspoon red pepper

1 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp less sodium soy sauce

1/2 cup That Dam Jam (We used Pineapple Jalapeño, use whichever flavor you prefer!)


  1. In a small bowl or cup, mix together your marinade ingredients

  2. Place grouper filet in a gallon size sealable bag --> add HALF of your marinade to the bag, save half for later

  3. Let the grouper marinade in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

  4. In a medium pan, heat oil. Add grouper to the pan, but discard the used marinade. Cook grouper on one side for about 2-3 minutes, then gently flip over and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes or until internal temp reaches 140 degrees

  5. Remove grouper from pan. Pour in remaining marinade and reduce

  6. Serve the grouper with sauce and a side of veggies!

  7. Enjoy!
