The buzz in the culinary world is all about crafting your own Boursin-style cheese! The best part is you can incorporate your favorite fresh and dried herbs to create your unique version (or replicate one you already enjoy).
We'll use this homemade Boursin cheese to create our Mother’s Day Blooming Cheese Flower, and she's going to LOVE it!
This is an engaging activity, and kids, both young and old, will have a blast (cheese ball, that is) making this for the special person who plays the role of "Mom" in their life.

2 tablespoons total of dried herbs of your choice
Dill
Rosemary
Thyme
Something FRESH
1/4 cup total chopped green onion tops or chives, parsley and or basil
Something tangy
1-2 teaspoons of lemon juice
Mix a second time with the hand mixer.
Line a 1 cup measuring cup with plastic wrap and fill the cup with the mixture (this will make two)
Chill until firm.
To make the Cheese Flower.
Use plastic to remove the cheese from the cup and transfer to a lovely plate.
Carefully remove the Pringle’s from the can taking care not to crack or chip them.
Beginning at the bottom closest to the plate gently insert the chips into the cheese.
Make a row. Make your next row inserting the chips to cover the spaces between the chips on the previous row. Repeat until the flower is complete.
In the center of the “Flower” sprinkle chopped some chives green onion tops.
