mini jam cheese truffles with pretzel rod - easy holiday appetizer!




Ingredients :

1 - 8 oz. brick of cream cheese (softened)

2-3 tbsp. your preferred flavor of That Dam Jam

1 cup - jalapeño jack cheese

Pinch of garlic & onion powder to taste

Desired "toppings" (Bacon Bits, Pecans, Pistachios, Etc)

Package of Pretzel Rods


Directions :

1) Blend all ingredients together evenly and refrigerate overnight

2) Use a melon-baller to create uniform size balls and roll each ball first in your hand to even out, then into desired topping!

3) Insert a pretzel rod into each ball

4) Enjoy!
