New Year's Eve Pepper Jelly Cheese Dip

The ideal crowd-pleaser for New Year's Eve has arrived! It's cheesy, creamy, and can be either sweet or spicy based on the flavor of That Dam Jam you choose!

Ingredients

-8 oz softened cream cheese

-1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

-1/2 cup sour cream

-1/4 tsp garlic powder

-1/4 tsp black pepper

-1/2 cup That Dam Jam (choose your favorite flavor)

-2 Tbsp chopped green onion (garnish)

Directions

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees

2) In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and black pepper -- Mix until smooth

3) Spread the mixture evenly into a small baking dish or pie dish, then spoon your jam over the top, spreading it evenly

4) Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the dip is bubbly / heated through!

5) Let cool slightly, then garnish with chopped green onions!

Serve with crackers, pita chips, or even fresh veggies!
