That Dam Jam Sausage Stir Fry

Our friends at Queen City Sausage teamed up with us on this delicious recipe! Grab a pack of their sausages to make this recipe hyper-local!


Serves 2


Ingredients 

—2 Links-Queen City Sausage Dinner Franks.  1/4” slices

—3 OZ That Dam Jam Pineapple Yellow Pepper Jam

—2 OZ Soy Vay Veri Veri Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce

—1 Cup Mini Gnocchi

—1.5 Cup Broccoli

—1 Shallot.  Sliced

—4 Mini peppers.  Sliced

—1 Cup Zucchini

—1/2 Cup Shredded carrots

—3 OZ Olive oil

—Ground pepper



Directions

  1. Large skillet.  Medium low heat, add the olive oil

  2. Add the onions, sausage, peppers, zucchini, and broccoli to slightly brown

  3. Add the Soy Vay sauce and mix well

  4. Add the gnocchi and blend to quickly soften

  5. Plate the skillet contents and top with That Dam Jam Pineapple Yellow Pepper Jam

  6. Finish with ground pepper
