Ingredients
-1 Package Puff Pastry Sheets (2 Sheets)
-1/3 Cup That Dam Jam (Choose your favorite flavor!)
-8 Oz Package Cream Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Put parchment paper on a large cookie sheet.
Remove Puff Pastry from the freezer and let thaw for 30 minutes.
Mix 1 brick of cream cheese with 1/3 cup of That Dam Jam, put in the fridge.
Roll out both puff pastry sheets into two 14" squares, and divide your cream cheese mixture in 1/2 - spread 1/2 of the cream cheese mixture onto each square.
Starting in the middle begin to roll each square until you have the pastry into a log.
Place logs back in the freezer for 30 minutes so they become easier to cut and don't lose their shape!
Remove your logs from the freezer and slice them every 1/2 inch - 1"
place on the cookie sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, flip over and bake for 10 minutes on the other side.
Let cool and serve or put in a freezer bag and reheat for 5 minutes at 400 degrees before serving. This is great to make ahead to reduce your stress at the holidays. Just pull them out, pop them in the oven to reheat and you're good to go!
It says spread half of the cream cheese on the puff pastry. What do you do with the other half? I don’t see it mentioned in the recipe.
