Baked Pepper Jelly Cream Cheese Dip!

Who doesn't want a simple and easy appetizer for Thanksgiving but also the entire holiday season?
Make it easy on yourself, keep this simple recipe in your hip pocket, it is not expensive, easy to throw together and is a crowd favorite! It's addicting, your guests will holler for more!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients
2 blocks of cream cheese (room temp works best)
1 - 2.5 ounce bag of precooked bacon
1 cup of grated cheddar cheese
1 cup of That Dam Jam divided into 1/2 cup portions (any flavor! we used pineapple habanero. use whatever heat lever best suits you and your guests!)
1/4 cup chopped fresh chives
In a large bowl whip cream cheese with a hand mixer for 1-2 minutes, add 1/2 cup of That Dam Jam and mix until fully combined. Add shredded cheddar cheese and bacon and mix again.
Put into an ovenproof baking dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
Remove from the oven and spread additional 1/2 cup of jam over top of cream cheese mixture and top with chives.
Serve with yummy buttery crackers.
