Pan Seared Grouper using That Dam Jam!

Sprinkle Grouper with seasoning salt. Melt one pat of butter & one teaspoon of vegetable oil in a heavy pan over medium heat. Add grouper (or other favorite fish) to the pan & turn every minute until cooked to your preference! Spoon one tablespoon of your favorite flavor of That Dam Jam over the fish & enjoy!!
