Pan Grilled Salmon with Pepper Jam

INGREDIENTS

2 Salmon Filets (6-7 oz each)

1/4 Cup Soy Sauce

2 Tbsp Water

2 Tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar

1/2 Tsp Sesame Oil

1 Garlic Clove, Minced

2 Tsp Ginger, Grated

1 Tbsp Brown Sugar

2 Tbsp That Dam Jam


INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl add all seasoning ingredients, (except That Dam Jam) mix until combined. Add to ziplock bag along with Salmon. Marinate for 15 minutes. Remove from bag and pat dry. Heat a seasoned grill pan over medium high heat and cook for 4 minutes per side, or until you reach your desired temperature. Remove from pan and top each filet with one tablespoon of your favorite flavor of That Dam Jam!
