Quadruple Jalapeño Cheesy Chicken Stuffed Bread

There are four types of jalapeño in this bread! Pineapple Jalapeno Jam, fresh jalapeno, Pepper Jack cheese (made with jalapenos) and Crispy Jalapenos on top!! It is a jalapeno lover's paradise!!

To use both halves of the french loaf, just double the recipe!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

For stuffing

I loaf french bread

I  12 ounce can of chicken breast drained very well

1 brick of cream cheese

8 ounces of jalapeno jack cheese shredded

2 green onions chopped

3 Tablespoons of Pineapple Jalapeno Jam

1 small jalapeno diced

1 tsp garlic powder

Cut french bread in half, remove half of the soft bread from the bottom half of the loaf, save for another use. 

Mix chicken, cream cheese, garlic powder, jam and jalapeno. Then mix in green onions.

Fill the french bread with the mixture

Topping the bread

4 ounce of pepper jack cheese shredded

1 green onion chopped

1/2 cup Crispy Jalapenos

Top the mixture with the shredded cheese, sprinkle with green onions and crispy jalapenos.

Place on a cookie sheet and put into the top third of the oven,  bake for 20 minutes until golden brown on top.

Slice and enjoy!
