Addicting pigs in a blanket for grown-ups or kiddos! These have quickly become an appetizer staple in our house!
Makes 2 Dozen
Ingredients
1 tube (8 oz.) refrigerated crescent rolls
1 pkg. hot dogs or spicy sausage links (cut into 1-inch slices)
1/4 cup That Dam Jam (Any Flavor - We used Yellow Pepper!)
1) Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Spray cooking spray over 24 mini muffin cups.
2) Roll out the crescent dough into two large rectangles, press seams together to seal into one large piece. Cut dough into strips 3/4" wide, and wrap a piece around each hot dog slice. Repeat until you're out of dough! Place one in each of the muffin tin cups
3)Spoon about a 1/2 teaspoon of jam over each
4) Bake until golden brown, about 12-15 minutes. Let stand for 5-8 minutes before moving to a serving plate. Serve warm! No dip necessary, the pepper jam will coat these like a sweet and tangy or spicy (depending on which flavor of TDJ you use) glaze!
